Milk cooler can be devided into vertical milk cooler and horizontal milk cooler according to the tank capacity. For small capacity, such as 500L, 800L and 1000Liter capacity milk cooler, we usually make it into vertical milk cooler. For the cooling capacity more than 1500L, we usually make it into horizontal milk coolers.
The vertical milk cooler is used for the cooling, storage and keeping fresh of fresh milk. Milk cooling tank is also suitable for the cooling and storage of other beverage.
The vertical milk cooler storage is composed of four layers: Liner, Jacketed Layer, Insulation Layer and Shroud Layer. It is operated automatically. The fresh milk squeezed out by the milker in 36 degree can be cooled to 10 degree the time it comes to the Tank. The milk then will be cooled to 4-6 degree after it comes to the tank body, which improves the quality of milk and guarantees the acidity and freshness of milk.
Vertical milk cooler is an insulating layer wrapping the jacketed layer, which keeps it in constant temperature and prevents the milk from producing bacterium. The timed agitator makes the fresh milk keep in A grade.
The milk cooling tank body is made of 304 Stainless Steel with good appearance and polished of welding line. With agitator at stirring speed- 36rpm. With insulating material to keep the temperature in cold storage.
