1500L Stainless steel single layer agitator tank
1. Made of stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316
2. Mixing milk, juice, or any other viscous liquid
3. Customized mixing tank capacity: 100L-10T

Specification:
1. Single layer stainless steel 304 material
2. Steam heating/ steam heating/ gas heating, can be customized according to your request.
3. With or without mixing system. Mixing device: Paddle, Anchor, or spiral agitator (optional and changeable to meet customer demands).
4. Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B original sub gloss/ 2B frosted sub gloss; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra≤ 0.4μ M ).
5. Liquid level gauge: Digital metre or glass gauge optional.
6. Thermometer: Optional. Temperature indication ranges from 0 to 300º C.

Mixing Tank <mixing tanks> mainly made of stainless steel, used for mixing different liquid together.
Also, you can use this mixing tanks to mix liquid and power to make a mixture.
Mixing tanks can be with different mixing speed. Such as 36rpm, 60rpm fixed mixing speed. But due to some production reqeust, you may need the mixing tanks with variable speed, such as 8 to 140rpm, 40 to 200rpm mixing speed, or 200 to 1000 rpm mixing speed. In special reuest, we can use VFD<Variable Frequency Drive> to meet your special mixing speed request.
