You can choose 50L cooking kettle, 100L Cooking Tank, or 200L cooking pot. You can also choose any other customized capacity Cooking Tank
Cooking kettle capacity can be 50Liter to 600Liters.
If you need big capacity steam cooking kettle, such as 1500L double layer cooking kettle, we can also offer.

Steam jacket Cooking Tank can be designed into vertical jacketed kettle and tilting jacketed kettle
Vertical jacket kettle in stainless steel 304, which with jacket inside the walls for steam inject and heating. It takes the steam as thermal source. The inner surface contacted with product are all SUS304 or SUS316, which is mirror finished. Outer surface is matt finished.




jacketed kettle use the same jacketed, the difference between tilting jacketed kettle and vertical jacketed kettle is only the way of discharge, vertical cooking pan or cooking vat have a drainage pipe at the pot bottom while tilting cooking kettle do not have such discharge pipe. When you finished one batch of cooking by tilting jacketed kettle, you only need to turn the pot over the liquid in the jacketed pot will flow out by its gravity.
