Extraction principle:
(1) Such as water extraction: water and traditional Chinese medicine are put into the extraction tank, and the heat source for the interlayer is started. After the tank boils, the heat source is reduced and the tank is kept boiling. The maintenance time depends on the extraction pharmacological process. For closed extraction, cooling is required. Water cools the steam and returns to the extraction tank to maintain circulation and temperature.
(2) Such as alcohol extraction: first add medicine and alcohol to the tank, which must be sealed, give the interlayer heat source steam, turn on the cooling water to reduce the supply of heat source when the tank reaches the required temperature, so that the rising vaporized alcohol will flow back into liquid alcohol after passing through the condenser. That is, in order to improve efficiency, a pump can be used for forced circulation, so that the liquid medicine is sucked out from the lower part of the tank through the pump, and then the upper inlet of the cylinder returns to the tank to relieve local channeling.
(3) Oil extraction: first add the Chinese medicine and water containing volatile oil into the extraction tank, open the circulation valve of the oil separator, adjust the bypass return valve, open the heat supply valve and open the cooling water for cooling when the temperature reaches the volatilization temperature. The liquid medicine should be kept at a certain height in the separator to separate it, and the oil-water separator should be used alternately.
(4) Recycling oil: add alcohol into the cylinder, turn on the cooling water for the steam, and then open the recovery valve.
