Product Description

100L steam heating jacketed cooking kettle with emulsion motor 
1. Cooking milk, juice, tomato puree, paste and all foods..
2. Kettle capacity 50L, 100L, 200L <customized>
3. Tiltable with mixing scraper or mixing paddle

This is a kettle customized according to customer's requirements:
1. steam heating, with tilting device
2. two layers, made of SUS304
3. with two motor, one is anchor agitator with scraper, the other is emulsion motor

Jacketed cooking kettle with two motors:


Jacketed kettle can be designed into different type: 
Tilting type cooking kettle and vertical type cooking kettle. 
Tilting jacketed cooking kettle is designed with a tiltable device, you can turn the kettle or pot over for discharge after cooking. 
Vertical cooking kettle is designed on 3 legs, there is a discharge pipe at the bottom of the jacketed pot.

Agitator with scraper:

Our jacket kettle normally used for producing sauces, pasta, vegetables, soups, juice, meat, candy and other food products. It also can be used as simple sterilization boiler.
