Soy Milk Tubular sterilizer
The machine is widely applicable to the pasteurized sterilization, disinfection and cooling of fluid materials such as soy milk, milk, beverage and soy sauce. Adopting tublar structure, it has such features as high efficiency, energy saving, simple operation and convenient cleaning inside th tube.
1. High heat effect: 90% of the heat can be recycled after heating the material.
2. The temperature gap between the heating medium and the material is small, thus a gently heating is possible. The heating pipes are in waves. The material and the heater are both in flow stage.
3. High fully automatic processing: Can automatically be controlled and record from CIP cleaning to pipe sterilizing and the material sterilizing.
4. Reliable sterilization temperature control and precision: Automatically control the affecting sterilization temperature system such as the steam pressure flow, and material flow.
5. The inside of the pipes are polished with advanced technology. The pipes are automatically jointed. In order to ensure a fully aseptic condition, the UHT Tubular Sterilizer adopts an automatic cleaning system with a whole process sterilization.
6. Strong and reliable safety and productivity system. The steam, hot water and material flow pressure are all under a fully automatic protection and alarm system.
