1L/H Tubular Sterilizer

The 1L/H Tubular Sterilizer, manufactured by Wenzhou Longwan Wanyuan Food Machinery Factory, is a versatile machine designed for the pasteurized sterilization, disinfection, and cooling of various fluid materials such as soy milk, milk, beverages, and soy sauce. Its tubular structure offers high efficiency, energy-saving capabilities, simple operation, and easy cleaning inside the tube.

1. High heat effect: Up to 90% of the heat can be recycled after heating the material, ensuring efficient energy usage.
2. Gentle heating: The small temperature gap between the heating medium and the material allows for a gentle heating process. The heating pipes are designed in waves, and both the material and the heater are in a flow stage.
3. Fully automatic processing: The sterilizer can be automatically controlled and recorded, from CIP cleaning to pipe sterilizing and material sterilizing.
4. Precise temperature control: The sterilization temperature system, including steam pressure flow and material flow, is automatically controlled to ensure reliable sterilization.
5. Advanced technology: The inside of the pipes is polished using advanced techniques, and the pipes are automatically jointed. The UHT Tubular Sterilizer features an automatic cleaning system for a fully aseptic condition.
