Pasteurization machine description
Pasteurization machine is a kind of stainless steel mixing tank with function of heating, cooling and mixing, as well as heat preservation. We also call it hot and cold urn, or you can call it stainless steel mixing tanks.
How does this pasteurization machine work
Pasteurization machines usually heated by steam or hot water. There is a jacket between the inne layer and out layer of the cooling and heating tank. This jacket can be dimple jacket or gap jacket. Hot water runs in the cooling and heating tanks jacket from bottom, and being drainaged out from the top of the jacket. The mixer for the cooling and heating tank is used to accelerate cooling and heating speed.
