1, Overview:
Panel heat-exchanger is made up of a group of corrugated metal plates.There are apertures on those metal plates,Two flows passing through the apertures exchange heat.Plate combination is installed beteen a frame plate and a ressure plate, tightened tyscrew bolt.There are also sealing washers on the plates. which are used to esal passages and lead fluids into passages altematively.The number of the plates are determined by physical property,pressure drop and temperature program of velocityfluids.The folding of the plates accelerates turbulent flow of the fluids and supports the pressure difference of the plats.The machine is used to cool and heat medicine liquid,liquid food products,purgafive liquid and water.lt is also used for pasteurization in some applications.

Pipe heat-exchanger
1,Overview:
The pipe shell type of heat exchanger features simple structrue,high adaptability and easy cleaning,big treatment capacity and high capacity of bearing high temperature and high pressure.lt has the most wide application at the pharmacy,indeed a reliable and stardard heat e xchanger. We adopt the pipe shell heat excharger made of 304 or 316L stainless steel.The specification of the heat exchange is k 19w. 25, The inner surface is polished with a surface plane of Ra < 0.25 p m. The connection with the pipe board adopts argon are welding and the welding point is treatment with polishing. The material for sealing pad is Teflon to bear higher temperature,The flow hasn't dead angle inside the heat exchanger and immune from pollution.The outer surtace plane and easy to clean to meet GMP requitemert.
