The Cooling and Heating Tank, also known as a hot and cold urn or stainless steel mixing tank, is a versatile stainless steel mixing tank that offers functions of heating, cooling, mixing, and heat preservation.
The tank is heated using steam or hot water, with a jacket located between the inner and outer layers. This jacket can be a dimple jacket or gap jacket. Hot water is circulated through the jacket from the bottom and drained out from the top. The tank is equipped with a mixer to accelerate the cooling and heating process.
The Cooling and Heating Tank is constructed with three layers of Ni 8/SS304 or Ni 10/SS316 stainless steel.
The tank is available in various capacities ranging from 50L to 20000L. The most popular sizes are 500L, 1000L, 1500L, 2000L, and 5000L.
